Solar photovoltaic dispatch margins with stochastic unbalanced demand in distribution networks

چکیده
The increase in the generation capacity of variable photovoltaic units introduces new challenges to operation unbalanced three-phase distribution networks. In this paper, a two-stage optimization problem is formulated identify feasible dispatch margins considering network constraints. proposed solved using column-and-constraint approach. constraints are as second-order cone uncertainty forecasted demand and maximum well considered quantified worst-case realization network. impacts energy storage ramping limits dispatchable resources on addressed modified IEEE 13-bus system. It shown that enforcing rates for will lower generation, leveraging increases difference between upper margins.
